
After a successful role as a Senior Education Officer in the SA Education Department Student Services – social work, Trevor’s career in the property industry now spans more than 25 years.
From the beginning, Trevor cemented his reputation as a top performer in property research and administration with a special interest in housing issues for the over 55’s.
Rising to be a corporate director for a public listed property company, a national industry consultant then a Director and Principal Licensee of his own national enterprises, Trevor has confirmed his position as an authority in seniors housing.
Energetic and motivated, Trevor is renowned for astute advice for his clients and finds the most satisfaction from the relationships he forms – every associate becomes a client for life.

Professionally, Trevor is a past Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, is a member of the Real Estate Institute of Qld and of the United States International Association of Realtors as a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
Most latterly, Trevor directs the ‘not for profit’ business, MyHouseMyHome which provides seminars and lectures for seniors about property matters to help ensure the very best outcomes for those people who are considering whether to stay and ‘age in place’ or to move and rightsize’ from their family home.
Trevor is a member of Rotary International and involved in many community activities both local, national and abroad including as a State policy member of National Seniors Australia.
Trevor has three adult children, is a keen yachtsman and a passion for performing as a musician.
